Who we are

ClimbPath is a UK-based business model framework and community for service business owners. Our website is hosted at climbpath.polsia.app. When we say "we," "us," or "ClimbPath" in this policy, we mean ClimbPath as a business entity.

  • Occasional product updates and notices relevant to ClimbPath members.

  • Understanding rough signup volume (aggregate numbers, not individual tracking).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Your email list stays with us.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to operate correctly and to understand basic usage patterns.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist slightly longer but are not used for active operations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and applicable data protection law), you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — request we update or fix any inaccurate data.
  • Delete — request we remove your data from our systems entirely.
  • Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
  • Object — object to any processing of your data.
